1. Introduction
RSM Enterprise, trading as Dietmmonetization, is the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
2. What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, we collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number and city.
- Your stated fitness goal, and — on our longer enquiry form — your age, gender, height, weight, profession, motivation level, and what you describe as your biggest challenge.
- Your preferred call date and the slot you book.
Some of this describes your body and your health. We treat it as sensitive, we collect it only because it is what makes coaching guidance meaningful, and we ask for no more than we need.
When you pay, Razorpay collects your payment details directly. We receive only a payment reference, an order reference and the amount — never your card number, UPI ID or bank credentials.
We also automatically collect technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the advertising or referral source that brought you here (UTM parameters and click identifiers).
If you use our TDEE calculator, the figures you enter are processed in your browser to produce your result. They are not sent to us and not stored.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and to deliver the coaching you have booked.
- To take payment and to issue refunds.
- To schedule your call and send you the confirmation and the meeting link.
- To personalise the guidance we give you.
- To understand how our website and advertising perform, so we can improve both.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Our legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and because it is necessary to perform the contract you enter into when you book a call. Where we are required to keep records for tax or legal reasons, we process it to comply with the law.
5. Partial form submissions
Our forms save your answers step by step, so if you start filling one in and stop partway, the details you had already entered are stored. We do this so that we can follow up on genuine enquiries. If you would prefer we delete a partial enquiry, email us and we will.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We share it only with the service providers who make this website work:
- Razorpay Software Private Limited — payment processing. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's own checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
- DaySchedule — call scheduling, calendar invites and video-meeting links.
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — sending your booking confirmation email.
- Google Firebase (Firestore) and Google Cloud — storing your enquiry and booking records.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — understanding how the site is used.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook Pixel and Conversions API) — measuring the performance of our advertising.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised page-interaction analytics.
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards for that transfer.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to remember which advertising campaign brought you here, and to measure performance. The analytics and advertising tools listed above set their own cookies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may stop parts of the site from working properly.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and coaching records for as long as we have a relationship with you and for up to three years afterwards, so that we can answer questions about past coaching. Records relating to payments are kept for eight years, as tax law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.
9. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Our records are held in Google Firestore, which is not publicly readable, and are written only through our own server using credentials that are never exposed to your browser. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the coaching business.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we take these safeguards seriously.
10. Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask what personal data of yours we hold, and get a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted, where we are not required to keep it
- withdraw your consent at any time
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
To exercise any of these, email Dietmmonetization@gmail.com. We will respond within 2 working days and act on your request as quickly as we reasonably can.
11. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
12. Grievance officer
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact our grievance officer:
Rajan Sibal, Dietmmonetization — Dietmmonetization@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
13. The Dietmmonetization app
If you are a coaching client, you also use the Dietmmonetization mobile app. This section covers the personal data the app collects, in addition to everything above.
To sign you in, the app uses your mobile number, verified by a one-time password through our SMS provider (MSG91). Your account is identified by that number and your name.
Inside the app we process the daily habit check-ins and body measurements (including weight) you log; the messages, photos and files you send in your coaching group chat; your assigned coach and coaching group; and your reminder preferences.
14. How app data is stored and shared
App data is stored in Google Firebase — Cloud Firestore and the Firebase Realtime Database for your profile, logs and chat, and Firebase Storage for photos and files you share. Security rules restrict access so you can only read your own data and your own group's chat.
Your coaching group chat is visible to the other clients and coaches in that same group — it is a group conversation, not a private one. Please keep that in mind before sharing anything sensitive there.
We do not sell your app data and we do not use it for advertising.
15. App notifications
With your permission, the app sends push notifications — for example when your coach messages your group — and on-device reminders to log your updates. To deliver push notifications we store a device notification token provided by Apple (APNs) or Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging). You can turn reminders off inside the app, and push notifications off in your device settings, at any time.
16. Deleting your app account
You can ask us to delete your app account and personal app data at any time. Open the Profile tab in the app and tap "Delete my account", which takes you to the account-deletion form on our Contact page — or go there directly and fill it in. We verify the request is yours and delete your account within 2 working days. Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records, are retained as described in section 8.
17. Changes
We may update this policy. Any change appears on this page with a new date at the top.
