1. Nothing is shipped
Dietmmonetization sells online coaching services. There is no physical product, so there is no shipping, no courier, no delivery address and no shipping charge.
2. What you receive, and when
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send a confirmation email to the address you gave us. It contains your call date and time, and the link to join the video call. This is normally immediate, and always within a few minutes.
The Discovery Call itself is delivered live at the date and time you selected, over an online video meeting lasting about 30 minutes.
3. If your confirmation doesn't arrive
Check your spam and promotions folders first — automated email often lands there. If it still isn't there, email Dietmmonetization@gmail.com and we will resend it. Your slot is safe in the meantime; a missing email does not mean a missing booking.
4. What you need
You will need a device with a working internet connection, camera and microphone, and a quiet place to talk. The video link opens in a browser — there is nothing to install.
5. Service area
Because everything is delivered online, we coach clients anywhere in the world. Calls are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST) by default; the times shown when you book are in your own time zone.
