1. Who we are
This website is operated by RSM Enterprise, a Proprietorship trading as Dietmmonetization ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered address is C1-2602, Cherry County Society, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201306, India.
By accessing this website, booking a call or purchasing any service from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or buy from us.
2. What we sell
We sell online nutrition and fat-loss coaching. The service available for purchase on this website is a 30 minutes Discovery Call priced at ₹199 (inclusive of applicable taxes), delivered online over a video call.
Longer coaching programmes may be offered to you separately after that call. Those are quoted, agreed and paid for outside this website and are not covered by these terms.
3. Health disclaimer — please read
We are nutrition and fitness coaches. We are not doctors, dietitians registered with a statutory medical body, or licensed medical practitioners, and nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Our guidance is general wellness and lifestyle coaching based on the information you give us. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. You should consult your doctor before starting any new diet, exercise or supplement regime, and in particular if you:
- are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding
- have diabetes, thyroid disease, PCOS, cardiac, kidney or liver conditions
- have a history of disordered eating
- are taking prescription medication of any kind
- are under 18 years of age
You take part in our coaching at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions. If you experience any adverse symptom, stop and seek medical attention immediately.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase from us. By booking, you confirm that you are.
5. Booking and payment
Calls are booked by selecting an available slot on this website and paying ₹199 through our payment gateway. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials at any point.
Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorised and you have received a confirmation email from us. If payment succeeds but no confirmation arrives, contact us at Dietmmonetization@gmail.com and we will resolve it — you will not be charged twice for the same call.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect a booking you have already paid for.
6. Attending your call
The call takes place at the date and time you selected, over the video link sent in your confirmation email. Please join on time — if you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to run the full session.
If you need to reschedule, contact us at Dietmmonetization@gmail.com as far in advance as you can and we will do our best to move you to another slot.
7. Results are not guaranteed
Any results, transformations or testimonials shown on this website are real accounts from individual clients. They are not a promise, guarantee or typical outcome. Results depend on your starting point, your medical history, and above all on how consistently you apply the guidance. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific weight, body composition or health outcome.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about yourself, including your health background, and to tell us about any medical condition or medication that could affect the guidance we give. Guidance based on inaccurate or withheld information may be unsuitable or unsafe, and we are not responsible for the consequences of that.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in any material we provide — text, plans, guides, images, videos and the coaching method itself — belongs to us and is protected by copyright. It is licensed to you for your own personal use only.
You may not copy, resell, publish, share or distribute our material, or use it to coach or train anyone else, without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service in question.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or any health outcome arising from your own decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Cancellation by us
We may need to cancel or reschedule a call — through illness or a technical failure, for example. If we cancel and cannot offer you a suitable alternative slot, you will receive a full refund. We may also decline to provide services to anyone where we believe coaching would be unsuitable or unsafe for them, and will refund in full in that case.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you make a purchase is the version that governs that purchase. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bisrakh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
